Reflexology
A non invasive gentle touch on the feet and also the hands
Reflexology is a light manipulation of reflex points on the feet to release any energy blockages within the body and help the body go into a restful state and enable its own healing.
As well as helping with stress reduction Reflexology can help with —
- Insomnia/stress/anxiety
- Digestive disorders — including Irritable bowel syndrome
- Musculoskeletal issues and back pain, sciatica
- Headaches and migraines/neck, shoulder pain
- Pain management
- Fertility/menstrual issues
- Peri menopause and Menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, difficulty sleeping, anxiety.
Reflexology cannot diagnose or cure health conditions, but alongside medical treatment it can be helpful as a complimentary therapy.

Testimonials
In their words
“I love having reflexology with Sarah! Afterwards I feel so relaxed and I am able to sleep really well. I’ve also found that it really helps to relieve pain and tight muscles in my shoulder and back and I feel generally more relaxed and without pain. What I particularly like is that the reflexology is so gentle and not invasive but at the same time it is really effective. I highly recommend everyone to make an appointment with Sarah!”
“Sarah embodies inner stillness, and a soft, gentle kindness. I feel so nourished and centred following treatments.”
“Thank you beautiful Sarah for such a great session. I felt so nourished and held by you today. You have such a gentle touch that worked very deeply and allowed me to let go and surrender. Afterwards I felt completely rested and my husband even commented how clear and light my energy was. I highly recommend this treatment!! Thanks ❤️”
Meditation
“I am a practicing meditator and love to meditate with others, especially in nature.”
If you are a beginner to meditation and would like some guidance I am happy to offer this.
Meditation can help with anxiety, getting to know the breath as a friend and companion can be very helpful when in stressful situations or difficult periods in life.

About this preview
This page was built in an afternoon from what is publicly on Sarah’s current site. It is a taste of the direction, not the final thing — the real build would be considerably more detailed. Above all it is built for a phone first: the current site was laid out for a desktop and never given a mobile version, so on a phone it runs 1011px wide against a 375px screen and every line is cut mid-word. Nothing here is wider than the screen it is read on.
A full build would carry
- Every page in Sarah’s current navigation: Home, Reflexology, About Sarah, Art, Contact, Meditation, and What to expect in a session & cost
- Sarah’s own photography, including the Art section
- Every service in full — reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, meditation guidance
- Live booking on Sarah’s diary
- SEO and analytics
- The complete price list, with concessions and gift vouchers
- Working contact and booking-enquiry forms
- A web address of Sarah’s own, in place of the free Wix subdomain
Placeholders on this page
- The appointment days and times in the booking picker are illustrative — Sarah’s real availability is not published
- Nothing on this page submits, saves or takes payment
- The Art page is not reproduced here
- The Seaford clinic is not named or addressed on Sarah’s current site, so it is not named here
- The mark in the header and hero is a line redrawing of Sarah’s logo, not the original file
